Dear Residents and Guarantors,
Firstly, we want to take this time to remind you about lunch in the Leasing Office today from 11:30 AM until 1:30 PM (as supplies last). This is a great time for the students to come by the office, grab some food, and pick up their gift card.
Next, we would like to apologize for the lack of a construction update last week. We did not have any new information to share with you, but should have still communicated that with you. Our updates will be moving to Thursdays/Fridays for now on as we have more up-to-date information towards the end of each week.
Per our latest meeting, we are tracking the following dates. Please note that these are subject to change and could slide forward or backward somewhat. We are scheduled to start having furniture installed on the bottoms floors on 9/6 and it moves up from there. Below are our most up-to-date projections.
Floors 1-2 – 9/10
Floors 3-4 – 9/15
Floors 5-8 – 9/20
For amenities, we are tracking to have interior amenities completed by 9/20. Unfortunately, we do not foresee the pool area being completed by 9/20. Once we have more information about that timeline, we will be sure to share it with everyone.
